Last week, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, stepped in first, joined by Princess Anne, and today, Kate Middleton, Prince Edward, Sophie, Countess of Wessex and the Queen’s cousin Princess Alexandra take over as hosting duties. .

The next Queen’s Garden party will take place at Buckingham Palace on May 25, and the last party of the year will take place at Palace of Holyroodhouse on June 29.
